Serving Our City: Outreach Stories

Community outreach sits at the heart of CYF Pakistan's mission. This spring, chapters across the country organized food drives, neighborhood clean-ups, and visits to local hospitals — each one a small but real expression of Christ's love in action.

Karachi: feeding families in need

Volunteers from the Karachi chapter packed and distributed over 300 food packages to families in underserved neighborhoods, partnering with a local church pantry to identify households in greatest need.

Lahore: a citywide clean-up

Nearly 60 CYF Lahore members spent a Saturday morning cleaning up a public park, an initiative that also opened conversations with neighbors curious about why a group of young Christians was giving up their weekend to serve.

Why outreach matters

"Outreach isn't a side project for us — it's discipleship in action," says Grace Yousaf, CYF Pakistan's Outreach Coordinator. "When young people serve together, they don't just help their community. They understand their faith more deeply."
